3 out of 5 stars Cheap quality product   September 2, 2010
Asclepius (Atlanta, GA)
the quality of the product was cheap. Does not feel safe. But, for the money spent, it serves the purpose.

5 out of 5 stars Works well   September 1, 2010

Does what it's suppose to. I don't like the 3 prong electric plug-in. Otherwise, everything is great!

1 out of 5 stars Junk!! Could have started a fire. Be Careful with this product!   August 17, 2010

Buyer Beware!!! Bought this for my Dell Inspiron Laptop. I had it for 2 months when the container (for lack of a better term) came apart at the seams. I had to wrap it in electrical tape. A month later the cord then started to have a bubble like thing near the adapter and I could feel the wires like they were unravelling inside the cord. The cord adapter was also loose where it plugged into my laptop and would occasionally fall out. One day I smelled an electrical smoke in the air, and found the container was literally smoking gray smoke and very hot to the touch. It could have started a fire! I wasn't even using my computer at the time, it was just plugged in, charging. In the garbage it went! You definitely get what you pay for.

5 out of 5 stars Great buy!   August 16, 2010

The adapter that came with my laptop shorted out. This one was much cheaper than other adapters I have found, and it works perfectly with my Dell inspiron 1521 laptop! Very satisfied!

1 out of 5 stars Duck Taped Now...need I say more? :-)   August 12, 2010

This product came to me with the ground plug split and some gooey stuff in the cracks. It is poorly assembled. It stopped working in less than 5 months. My husband, the engineer, said no grounding and wire broken between the charger/transformer and the wall. He replaced the cable from the transformer to the plug and it ran decent again and was finally grounded LOL, but it never really held well where it fits into the computer either. Just loose and falls out easy.

Over all, there isn't much nice to say.

Kind regards.

Sincerely,

Shannon
